PRE-FABRICATED TIMBER PANEL STRUCTURES

 

This website provides an investigation and documented analysis of Pre-fabricated Timber panelling systems. Within its edifice we aim to explore the underlying principles and general uses of two of these structural systems; Cross Laminated Timber Panels (CLT’s) and Structurally Insulated Panels (SIP’s). These will be explored in terms of; construction method, general rules of thumb, environmental considerations: when levied against other methods of construction, as well as the predisposed characteristics which will be detailed in a comparative nature.
